Am I entitled to a refund if a payment is wrong or a facility closes?

Refunds are not automatic. Submit a refund enquiry through the Contact Us page, explain the issue and include any supporting documents.

For an extended facility closure, Lampton Leisure may offer access to an alternative facility or consider an account credit where alternative access is unsuitable. Each situation is reviewed individually.

Annual memberships are normally non-refundable. Medical and other special circumstances may be considered under the published membership terms.
