Can an annual membership be cancelled, refunded, transferred or frozen?

Annual memberships normally:

• Run until the end of the one-year term.
• Are non-refundable.
• Are non-transferable.
• Cannot be frozen.

Medical or other special circumstances can be submitted through the Contact Us page with supporting evidence. Any exception is at Lampton Leisure's discretion.

If an annual membership has not been paid in full, the published terms say the outstanding annual amount remains payable on cancellation unless an exception is agreed.
