Can I cancel during a 14-day cooling-off period?

It depends how you joined and whether you have used the service:

• Joining in person and requesting immediate access removes the standard 14-day cooling-off right.
• Online joiners who have not used the facilities or booked an induction may be eligible for a refund.
• Previous facility use, an induction or a tour can affect eligibility.
