Can I freeze my membership?

Monthly memberships can normally be frozen by submitting the Freeze Form on the Contact Us page.

• Give one calendar month's notice from the Direct Debit date.
• A standard freeze can total up to three months per year.
• A £5 monthly holding charge applies during a standard freeze.
• A joint membership must be frozen for both members.
• Annual memberships cannot normally be frozen.

Family Membership has different holding-fee and lesson-space conditions.
