How long can I freeze my membership, and do I need evidence?
- Standard monthly freeze: up to three months per year, taken together or in shorter periods. The holding charge is £5 per month.
- Medical freeze: up to six months with appropriate medical evidence. Updated evidence may be requested.
- Family Membership: up to three months per year with a £10 monthly holding charge. Freezing removes children from Swim School or gymnastics, and their previous spaces cannot be guaranteed on return.
- Annual membership: no standard freeze. Medical or other special circumstances are considered individually with supporting evidence.
Freeze requests cannot be backdated. A pro-rata payment may be required if the membership is restarted early.
