How much notice must I give when cancelling my membership?

You must give one calendar month's notice before your next Direct Debit payment date.

For example, if the Direct Debit is collected on the 15th, the request must be received by the 15th of the preceding month for the membership to end on the following payment date. One final normal payment will usually be collected.

If the membership is frozen, it must first be removed from freeze status before the full notice period can begin.
