Is there a minimum membership term or contract?

Monthly and annual memberships have different arrangements:

• Monthly membership: the published terms do not state a separate minimum term, but cancellation requires one calendar month's notice before the next Direct Debit date and normally includes one final payment.
• Annual membership: runs for one year. Annual memberships are normally non-refundable and non-transferable.
