What happens if bad weather affects an outdoor booking?

Lampton Leisure can cancel outdoor facilities when heavy rain, high winds, snow or ice make them unusable. Simple rainfall alone is not treated as adverse unless the facility is judged unusable. A Lampton-cancelled block booking can be refunded or credited.
