What happens when several memberships are linked to the same Direct Debit?

The FAQ states that all memberships linked to the Direct Debit may be cancelled when that Direct Debit arrangement is cancelled.

If you have several Lampton Leisure Direct Debits or only want to cancel particular memberships, identify the affected members and the correct payment arrangement clearly on the cancellation form.
